A must-see for beginners! Operation guide for manual forklifts

Today, I’m going to guide you through the operation of a manual forklift. Don’t worry, I’ll teach you step by step how to handle it!
How do I use the handbrake?
First, let’s figure out where the handbrake is. On the left side of the driver’s cab, you’ll see a lever, and that’s the handbrake. Push it forward to release the handbrake, and pull it back to apply the handbrake. Isn’t it simple?
Pedal operation
The three pedals under your feet are also very important! The one on the far left is the clutch, the one in the middle is the brake, and the one on the far right is the accelerator. Remember, the clutch controls the car’s start and gear shifting, the brake stops the car, and the accelerator makes the car go faster.
Turn signal and position lights
There is a button on the right side of the steering wheel that controls the turn signals. Pushing it forward turns on the left turn signal, pushing it to the middle returns it to its original position, and pushing it back turns on the right turn signal. Remember to return it to its original position when not in use! Also, there is a knob under the steering wheel, which is currently in the off state. This is the position light, and the other is the headlight of the forklift. Remember to return them to their original positions when not in use.
Fork ruler control
The four push levers on the right-hand side control the forks. The first lever controls the descent and ascent of the forks, while the second lever controls the tilt forward and backward of the forks. The two lower levers control the forward and reverse gears of the forklift. The middle position is neutral, and there is another lever on the right-hand side with icons of a tortoise and a rabbit, representing slow and fast gears respectively. Pushing forward engages the slow gear, the middle position is neutral, and pushing back engages the fast gear.
Ignition and starting
Okay, now let’s demonstrate the operation of ignition and starting. First, step on the brake and release the handbrake, then ignite the engine. Next, step on the clutch to engage the forward gear and shift to a lower gear, release the brake and clutch, and the car can slowly move forward.
