Small concrete mixer trucks, with a capacity of 2-6 cubic meters, are collectively referred to as small concrete mixer trucks. These trucks are indispensable professional transportation tools for urban construction of roads, bridges, houses, water conservancy projects, and concrete mixing plants. Small concrete mixer trucks feature a narrow body, short wheelbase, and small turning radius, offering significant advantages in working environments with height, width, and length restrictions.
A small concrete mixer truck consists of a chassis, mixing drum, transmission system, water supply device, full-power power take-off, front and rear supports for the mixing drum, reducer, hydraulic transmission system, feeding and discharging system, and operating mechanism. Unlike large-capacity concrete mixer trucks, which rely heavily on imported components due to technological limitations, domestically produced small concrete mixer trucks with a drum volume of 2m³-6m³ use all four major domestically produced components.
Small Concrete Mixer Truck Components: Class II chassis, transmission system, hydraulic system, frame, mixing drum, feeding and discharging device, water supply system, operating system, and ladder. The front end of the mixing tank is connected to the reducer and installed on the front of the frame, while the rear end is supported by two rollers installed on the back of the frame via a raceway.
